This privacy policy applies to Stop Santa: Tower Defense on all platforms where it is distributed, including Steam, the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store. References to "this Application" throughout this document refer to the Game on any supported platform.
This Application does not collect, store, or transmit any Personal Data. The Application does not use analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or any other third-party services that collect user data.
All game progress and settings are stored locally on the User's device and are not transmitted to the Owner or any third party.
This Application does not track Users. It does not use cookies, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or any other tracking technologies. The Application does not share data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.
On the Steam platform, the Application integrates with Steamworks for features such as achievements and leaderboards. Steamworks is operated by Valve Corporation and is subject to Valve's own privacy policy. No Steamworks integration is present on the iOS or Android versions of this Application.
The iOS and Android versions of this Application do not integrate with any third-party services that collect Personal Data.
This Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. Because this Application does not collect any Personal Data, no data about children is collected, stored, or transmitted.
